Got two new tires put on car and on the second tire they snapped off a bolt (probably from over tightening) there attitude was that it was my problem. I had to pay a garage to get the bolt out when they should have rectified there mistake. Plus had to wait over an hour for tires. All in all just felt the management was poor.
