Having our Dyson 24 fitted with "new filters and thoroughly cleaned inside and out" because of a suction issue, this trader was less than polite when presented back with the machine after it ran for approx 10 seconds and the same problem re-appeared. In front of me he prised off a less easily removed pipe to reveal a blockage of matting originating from my home and very obviously the scource of non-suction. When questioned about the "thoroughly cleaned inside and out" statement I was given a lecture on "the trouble with people like you" who he gives a great deal and "never happy 'cos you don't want to spend the money" etc. etc. and then ejected me from his shop for complaining. This from someone who charged £60 pounds for approx. £20 worth of filters and very clearly no thorough clean! DON'T bother with this business if you value your money or the item you want repaired/serviced. If I could give zero stars I would.

I seriously urge anyone thinking of purchasing their latest 'super kettle' model: DON'T!!! This is the most unsatisfying piece of technology I've ever used. Rather than a constant flow of water it will insist on spitting all over the work counter. When the reservoir is approx half full it pumps only steam! You have to resort to the manual dispense method which, after only three months of use now refuses to work at all. Absolute garbage and is shortly to die a death by sledge hammer.
