Dreadful Service

I've been registered with MyHealth, Stamford Bridge for 2 years. MyHealth, Strensall is head office, where the senior administrators work. A year ago I injured my back and required advice so contacted MyHealth. On 4 occasions I was promised a GP telephone consultation, not once did anyone call. So I went to a chemist & was advised by a pharmacist. June 2020 I sought advice about another condition, concerning medication. MyHealth said a GP would call me at 8.30am on 27th June. No one called. I complained & spoke with a senior administrator. Attempting to explain the importance of my reasons for wishing to speak with a GP, she spoke over me, dismissed my complaint & slammed the phone down on me! I contacted NHS England who advised 'call 111'. I did so & received medical advice. I've made a formal complaint to NHS England concerning MyHealth. I've the utmost respect & admiration for all Drs and nurses and I'm certain at MyHealth they're worthy of that, but I'm unable to access a Dr

Clean and tidy with helpful staff, good value. Very basic without any breakfast or a bar etc., which I knew at the time of booking, but good value. My room was close to reception so during the night it was a little noisy with other guests talking as they passed my room, slamming of doors etc but I've experienced worse. I'd recommend this Travelodge as very good.

DREADFUL! Lazy Unhelpful Staff - A Poorly Managed Store - Training Required!

A regular visitor to B&Q, a B&Q fan generally, a great national DIY store. But B&Q, Hull Rd, York is badly managed, it's disappointing! Recently I wanted a split pin. Inexpensive, but something required. I couldn't find a split pin so asked a female assistant who I believe works in the trade dept. She directed me to an aisle where I searched, but couldn't find a split pin. 4 times I approached & reapproached her, asking repeatedly "Where can I find a split pin?"; she couldn't be bothered to help, lazy, no interest. I left without a split pin, wasted journey, frustrating! Last week I revisited intending to buy jubilee clips. I walked up & down aisle after aisle searching, after no success I asked a staff member to assist. "Aisle 28 or 29" they said. Back I went, up & down, over & over again, I walked, without success. I asked other staff to help, a 2nd & 3rd time, & received similar responses. No one took responsibility to assist, no one cared. Left frustrated without any jubilee clips!

I have kept Koi for over 20 years and tropical fish for over 40. I have visited Tunnel Aquatics twice in recent times and I think the shop is easily worthy of a five star review. The premises is clean and tidy, the tanks and Koi display pools are immaculately kept, well stocked and the fish appear very healthy. The prices of items such as filters, accessories, and lighting is competitive to such an extent that in the purchases I have made they match the very best online prices available. However, where Tunnel Aquatics cannot be matched online or anywhere else is the friendliness of their professional staff, the encyclopaediac knowledge of staff and their willingness to provide the very best advice. In all the years I have kept fish, rarely, if ever have I visited such an impressive establishment.

Don't join 02 You'll regret it!

This is about 02 the company, not about the outlet. I've been with 02 for 6 years. Monday my voicemail stopped working. The 02 phones I have are business related, voicemail is important, my job's professional driving, so to comply with the law the phones often switched off. I rely on voicemails. Last Monday the voicemail stopped working. Potential customers couldn't leave messages and I couldn't access voicemails. I reported the fault to 02. I was told the fault would be fixed within 5 days. It wasn't. I called 02 time & time again asking for help. No sympathy, no effort to assist. Today I'd had enough. Frustration, lack of service, complaints from my customers etc, 02 has caused my business problems. I called 02 & said I intended to leave for a new mobile supplier. The man in their 'retentions dept' was aggressive, intimidating & a bully. I leave 02 to put this dreadful company behind me. One star I've given, because I can't give a minus. I will report 02 to the Ombudsman & Which?
