The shop is comprehensively stocked with just about everything you could want in a hardware store. The staff are knowledgeable, extremely helpful, cheerful and courteous; they will order any items you need in the unlikely event that they don't stock it. Advice is given in a generous, non-patronising manner and they even tell you about cheaper alternatives. I can't remember finding such good service for many years.

I was seen at short notice by Sarah who, after some essential health questiions, examined me and was able to identify and treat the problem. Having been in extreme discomfort for some time, I couldn't help asking myself why I had delayed seeking help from a fully qualified and experienced professional. I don't hesitate to give my recommendation.
