Brief:
Wayne, the boss, is friendly & pleasant. The others can be rude & unpleasant; not a female friendly environment - at least when Wayne is not around.
The Situation:
My mother noticed her car had a flat tyre whilst she was out and I'd recommended her to go Cats Tyres having used them before. Told her to get a part worn tyre as it's only 1 tyre and new tyres can be put on when the other tyres need changing. I got a call from her saying they told her to change all four tyres as the tread was low. Fair enough, but only had one new tyre.
I realised the guy was overcharging her for the four part worn tyres and was being rude to her. He was annoyed that she called me and kept stating he was not happy with the situation, but continued to state that it was not because she was female. No one should have to tolerate this. My mother was upset and stressed and just wanted to leave asap.
The issue was not necessarily the price of the tyres, but the degrading treatment my mother received.
