The hotel is dirty with big spiders all over. Some of the staff are not cultured at all, especially the male ones, they smoke cigarette at the entrance of the hotel with the smoke entering into rooms. The male staff is in the habit of disturbing guests with noise 24/7 showing how uncultured he is. He does not respond to door bells always leaving guests to stand outside in the cold.

The management should change the staff as they do nothing at all to keep the hotel in good condition. There are a lot of bug bites in the hotel and ants are everywhere it is scary. The people in charge of putting humans in the hotel should please take note, this is an advanced country guests deserve a better treatment.
