I contacted Derrick after being let down by both friends and other services and he was AMAZING! My situation was particularly sensitive and critical and he was not only professional but incredibly kind. He showed up when he said he would, stayed until the job was done - extremely well priced - friendly and efficient. I have told everyone I know to use his services, especially as a woman on my own I have experienced quite a lot of uncomfortable situations with handymen - this was absolutely NOT the case.
