I arrived at 12.20 for a 12.30 pre-paid appointment to find the salon locked and in darkness.
I sat in my car outside and called the number on the door which went to answerphone stating they were either closed or busy.
I returned to the salon at 12.30 the door was still locked. I returned to my car and drove past where I noticed a light inside. I parked and returned to the salon where the door was now unlocked. I entered the time was 12.40
I was accused of being late and could not have the treatment and that there was a notice on the door telling me to wait outside until it was unlocked. ( what if it had been raining)
The note was hand written in scrawly writing on a scrap of paper stuck over 6ft up the window by the side of the door which I had no chance of reading. I was refused a refund.
The agency I had booked through were really accommodating and offered me a voucher that could be used elsewhere.
Don't give your business to this salon go to somewhere reliable.
