We were concerned when my son pointed out that, on our Aga chimney, there was smoke coming from between the bricks lower than the flaunching. So we contacted Stormguard ( and others) via the Internet "repointing chimneys, Huntingdon" and Joe called in the next day - at the agreed time - to take a look, give advice, a quotation and information regarding where to get the scaffolding at a good price.
As soon as the scaffolding was erected, Joe and his team arrived and the job was completed within two days - including an extra chimney reflauching which was found to be necessary.
The work was very neatly done and rubble and dust was cleared up when they returned to collect their tools.
We will certainly turn to Stormguard again, should we need work done on roof or chimneys in the future.Thank you, Stormguard!
