Having suffered with Oral Lichen Planus for 5 years and needing to use steroid mouth washes and gels all the time, Elle suggested I use one of her Bach Floral Remedies. For the last 3 months my mouth has been much more comfortable without the need to use the steroid treatments. Amazing, thanks Elle
