I am sorry to say that I was disappointed with the experience. When I called to make an appointment, I was offered one with a manager. I then asked how much a cut and finish would cost and the answer I got was £68. I am happy with the haircut and the manager was friendly and knowledgeable. She tried to sell me hair products, but she wasn't pushy about it. What shocked me was the price I was asked to pay at the end: £89! To be clear, I didn't have anything extreme done. Just a nice, well done, long cut. I said no to all the extras that were offered to me. So where did the extra £21 appear from? Sorry but in my opinion the service is way overpriced and what is worse is that I was given a completely different quote when I made the appointment, which left me with the feeling of having been ripped off.
