We were looking for a canopy to cover our patio and had also had quotes from other companies. What made us chose Robin was the fact that he quickly understood our requirements re shading etc and was able to offer solutions to problems that the other companies hadn't even identified.
His professional approach was evident from the beginning and he kept us informed at all stages. On the day of installation, everything was done quickly within a day, and with only the minimum of mess, as some slight adjustments of the posts needed to be done. At the end of the job, he even produced his own broom & pan and brushed the patio floor. A true genuine tradesman.

I wanted to buy a rug which I saw on their website, but the size wasn't available. Simon was a star. He rang his suppliers and was able to help me source the size I needed within a few hours . He went far above & beyond what he needed to do. We have dealt with Market Carpets for over 12 years, having carpeted downstairs & bought rugs from them. Great choice in store and very helpful knowledgeable staff. I can't fault them and will use them again.

First ever visit and completely blown away by the quality of the food. Having notified them in advance of food intolerance, everything was perfect. Discreet explanation of the dishes available and those specially prepared for us. Wine list comprehensive and reasonable too. We will certainly be back to this friendly establishment. Thank you.

Yet again, Asquith to the rescue. I had a problem with the lights in my cooker hood. Nothing that might trouble some people, but it is something I rely on. The problem was quickly resolved and I can get back to cooking. Thank you
