David came to rescue my poorly car. I’d broken down on a busy country lane with a steep bank so he had to recover it with a lot of selfish motorists not wanting to give an inch. Excellent service thank you.

Quick service but customer service was abrupt and with absolutely no charm or even a hint of a smile. When I said thank you one of the fitters said something in a foreign language and they all laughed. None of them (about 5) said goodbye and It was hard to believe the joke wasn't at my expense. Very rude. Next time I get a puncture it needs to be when Roadwheel are open as their customer service is excellent.
