Minor catastrophe yesterday, went to open the toilet window only for the opening side bracket to break. Couldn't get the window to close fully, as it was lopsided. Rang A1 Windows at 11.30am today and by 12.30am it was fixed. Thanks Billy for your swift response and courteous manner. Will certainly use this company again.
