I had trouble fitting my mulcher onto my lawnmower (in fact, I managed to break it!). I took it back and was given a replacement with no fuss and someone came out to fit it for me the next day. All done in the best humour and most efficiently. Thank you Gethin and Nigel. ~Don't know where I'd get better service. Really appreciated.
