Jake at A-Z Tec visited my house, & the issue with my Samsung fridge/freezer was identified. The required parts were ordered, I was kept fully informed & 4 days later he returned to fit them. He was very professional, explained the process in detail & the job was completed successfully & efficiently. Communication was first class. It was a pleasure to have this polite young man attend my home & I can’t recommend A-Z Tec highly enough for the way they conduct their business - thanks guys 👍
