Went to Boots in Ely today (Sunday 08/05/22) to collect a repeat prescription which they'd told me was ready to collect. Arrived just after 2pm only to find a notice on the door to say they had closed the entire store at 2pm because there wasn't a pharmacist available! Told a store assistant I needed to collect a repeat prescription (which had already been prepared, so no pharmacist required) and she didn't even say sorry - just gave a silly shrug. So, in short, rubbish customer interface, useless staff, a disgracefully woeful prescription service and a pathetically managed pharmacy department in general. I hope Boots decide to close this store in the next round of cuts. They'd be doing Ely a favour. In future I'll be getting my prescriptions from the Marx Brothers, they'll be excellent by comparison.

Very happy with the quality of workmanship which was delivered efficiently in a friendly and professional manner, keeping us fully informed at every stage of what we knew would be a tricky project. The work was completed on time, to exact specification and, most importantly, exactly within budget of their original quotation and to the satisfaction of the Council's Building Inspectorate. We would not hesitate to recommend RSAHM for any building or other maintenance project - but book well in advance because these guys are likely to be in high demand!
