Engineer spilt diesel inside my car when changing the fuel pump. I have a dash cam so have audio and video evidence of the issue. Was fobbed off twice. Took a complaint to Jaguar UK and Sytner Managing Director to get a result, 3 weeks later. During that time my 7 month old son and myself had been travelling in a car that had diesel fumes inside it. No apology from the Business Manager of the garage. Did have an apology from the Franchise MD, however byou that point it was too little too late. Avoid at all costs. Dangerous engineers and a can't be bothered attitude towards customers. Disappointing for such a luxury brand.
