Appalling level of Customer Service

Shocking lack of Customer Service.

Acceptable car but not without issues. (Nearly new A6)
Aftersales service is literally non existent.
Once they've taken your money you're on your own !
Audi "Approved used scheme" isn't worth the paper its printed on. (not that you'll get a paper copy)
Having previously dealt with Stratstone I should have known better.
Will be getting rid of the car ASAP & wont deal with Stratstone or Audi again.
