Bought a 2 year "Audi Approved" A6, BL72OLA, online for home delivery.
On arrival the car was generally "grubby", obviously hadn't been valeted and had 2 worn & damaged tyres, one with several nails stuck in it. The pump for the puncture repair kit was missing & no paperwork such as Service History or "approved used" scheme information was available. The car also idled very fast and smelt badly of petrol.
On closer inspection both drivers side doors had been resprayed (badly) so I decided to reject the vehicle. Initially the Salesman, CJ tried to explain this is normal for used cars & was nothing to worry about, so much for the Audi 150 point check! I restated that I wished to reject the car & which point he ceased replying to emails. Eventually a manager arranged for collection & a refund.

The 2 year old / 12k miles car had been extensively resprayed & was in poor condition.
The sales managers attitude & conduct was disgusting.
I eventually got a refund but wish I had never dealt with them.
