The OLED screen on my MSI laptop was cracked accidentally. The evaluated the needs within a day and ordered the part and allowed me to hold on to the laptop while the part arrived. When the part arrived, I brought in the computer and they had it fixed before the end of the day.

Upon taking it home, I noticed a weird issue with the software that I called to ask them if what they did would have possibly caused it. It did not but they still offered to have me bring it in to diagnose what was wrong with it for free. Great support and fast service.
