My elderly parents used Lawrenson Associates in St Helens to rectify defects highlighted on a homebuyers report. Firstly, he knew all about the report when I spoke to him. This should have rung alarm bells. He was downright rude to the established builder doing the works. He then agreed to furnish me with a report after my elderly parents had spent a fortune on repairing cracks in the walls as long as I sent him pictures. When I asked for the report he flatly refused. I refused to pay him and he threatened my elderly parents with legal action!! They were petrified. The lead engineer, Bill Lawrenson, has not one ounce of integrity!!! Do not touch him with a barge pole!!!!

Kev and his son, Luke were professional and friendly throughout. The price was ultra competitive, the build was of the highest quality, they finished it in double quick time with the minimum of fuss. They provided a great service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using their services again.
