We recently sold our business and used Pepperells. It was the first time we had been through a corporate sale and thus knew little of what to expect. The other party pushed very hard for a quick completion and Peter's experience of prior transactions, all the potential pitfalls, and calm guidance through all this was unbelievably helpful to us. Without it we would have wallowed in terminology that we didn't understand, and the Pepperells team spent many hours carefully explaining all the minor points of detail to us. I can't say that I enjoyed the process of a corporate sale, but would highly recommend using Pepperells as your solicitors if you are ever looking to go through something like this.
