Very reliable. Good quality plants. the only issue is with the choice of courier/postal service at times. Typically, the timely order fulfilment by the company is slightly undone by delays with the courier. Delivery details then cancelled late on the same day of 'delivery', and so forth. Not great when the weather is very hot and the delay is likely to affect the health of the plants.
