If I could rate this business with a minus I would! Avoid this company at all costs. Took £5k deposit last October, paid a further £5k a few weeks ago as they refused to start until paid for upfront. Now weeks in without a usable bathroom. Only toilet fitted and that wobbles! Flooring should have gone down today but no one turned up. They subcontract all their work to different electricians, plumbers etc. Bespoke bathing a a joke. Obviously have serious cashflow problems
