We have dealt with this agent for a number of weeks. Everyone that we have dealt with here has been absolutely brilliant compared to ‘some’ other agents in the area, always coming back to us immediately and keeping us updated. Throughout our search for a property we have arranged various viewings with Williams and Donovan and they have always been extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. We have dealt with other agents in the area who quite frankly are a joke, not coming back to us when offers have been made/ not even putting offers forward to the vendor etc. However, James at Williams and Donovan has been an absolute diamond, as indeed has Lynn and Mark. Nothing is ever a problem and you never feel like you are being rushed or being an inconvenience.
Thank you very much guys. I will certainly be coming to you if/when I need to sell my property and I will be recommending you to everyone I know!
