We have used this oil company over 2years! We recently had a baby and have another child too but since we last had oil we under estimated how much oil we would use and totally ran out so no heating or hot water for two days as ran out Sunday morning and they delivered Tuesday! my husband rang them as soon as they opened they explained we were priority but wouldn’t delivery until the next day(as they were down our street delivering anyway) they turned up just as my husband was leaving for work (he has to travel 35mins) and he asked politely if he could move the tanker forward so he can pull the car out of the drive, which the man replied no it won’t take long! I must say I wasn’t impressed with the service this time at all, all I can say is they are not quick on delivery so don’t use them if your low low or if you have run out!
