Natterjacks gone down hill.

This used to be a lovely friendly vets but you can never see Andie anymore. Seems like he has sold out to the bigger corporations. No personal touch. Different people every time. I would avoid at all costs.

We're sorry that you have had a bad experience, we pride ourselves on our personal touch and this has not changed - as recent reviews indicate. Andy still works at both branches but now only sees advanced orthopaedic cases which require a more specialist input. However we have had a very settled team in Poole for a few years now and you can always request to see whichever vet you want - there has been some disruption due to Covid 19 but we have tried to maintain continuity where possible. Please do contact the surgery directly if you have a specific concern as we would be delighted to have the opportunity to address the issue and hopefully leave with you a more positive opinion of our fabulous team.
