I used to love this vets, but twice I’ve been in the last 12 months and have been utterly disappointed. The first was with my dog a ‘Bull Terrier’ first question vet asked will he bite me 😢 due to covid my dog went in alone. I do not believe she looked in his mouth or throat as she was nervous of a dog that absolutely loves the vets. I was given antibiotics with the wrong info on how to administer them. On realising from reading the data sheet when symptoms still persisting a week on I contacted the vet. The vet left reception to deal with it who told me ‘doesn’t matter’ and wouldn’t speak to me. I demanded a new course of tablets which I had to argue about the fact I wouldn’t be paying.
More recently my mums dog had an operation to remove 2 lumps. Lab results identified one to be a grade 1 sarcoma and that not all cells were harvested. I was then offered a lymph test for over £300 and second op. If you don’t ask questions and have a money tree you will love them. Have changed vets

the fact I live 175 miles from these kennels says it all! I boarded my dog for 17 days with liz and wouldn't use anyone else highly recommend

Russell came recommended to me he has changed mine and my dogs life. A rescued bully that hadn't experienced the outside or been socialised couldn't walk on a lead and displayed nervous aggression to every dog really doesnt make it the ideal dog. Had many previous owners by 18 months old think too many times people gave up with her and just got rid. Cannot believe the overnight improvement, seriously! I paid for a home visit from Russell which I thought would of cost a lot more than it did. On top of that I can call him any time if I need more advice/help. We have weekly visits to the academy to Improve on her socialising. He is qualified which many behaviourists aren't he has changed our lives and that is priceless. His prices reflect his dedication and love of dogs the back up and help included with the home visit is priceless. The results speak for themselves!
