Ordered kitchen and paid deposit in March, fitting was arranged for 3 June which should have taking five days. Turned up informed us the remaining balance was due, yet they had no cupboard doors or worktop. They advised there would be a two week delay on the worktop, it was actually 5 weeks. The fitting took almost six weeks, within the first four weeks they attended our property for only four and a half days. The workmanship was shocking with twenty two faults brought to their attention, some issues were addressed but not all. They were asked to return to trim the kick boards after the flooring was fitted, response was "bring them to the factory". We have been left with bevelled doors, unusable towel rail and a cupboard that protrudes into a window among other things. We have also been contacted by a sub contractor who has yet to be paid. If you want my advice do not go there, absolute nightmare, they take your money and constantly use pathetic excuses, would not recommend.
