We have been using this vets for 9 years, always very pleased with the service. Since it has changed hands the service has deteriorated significantly. We were advised that because of a build up of plaque our dog needed her teeth scoured and cleaned, which involves a general anaesthetic. When we picked our dog up we were firstly told that we had to pay £378 before they would bring the dog to us and then we discovered that 11 teeth had been extracted and the person who handed her over was not totally familiar with the reasons why. I would advise not using this veterinary practice.
