We booked online when we got there we was told the restaurant was closed over Christmas and new yr fine ,there was no milk in our room and also when I went too have a bath there was yellow water coming from the tap also bits of black stuff I went too reception he told me too find the cleaner get the milk and also tell her About the bath which I did she gave me some milk and said oh well about the bath and walked off I have complained and was offered 15% off another stay when I said I wouldn't stay again they said take it or leave it anyone with any sence will stay at the premier inn about 3 miles away .
