We have been using first aid training solutions for several years now and have always found them extremely friendly and responsive, as well as being excellent trainers. We are a very small museum with a social history collection and a working windmill, so not exactly your standard business first aid course, but the examples and focus of the training always shows that real thought has been put into fitting our circumstances. This year was particularly interesting because our course was booked for the day after the first set of coronavirus restrictions were introduced, so many thanks for adapting the course to avoid physical contact and for coping with a slightly flustered audience! We look forward to working with them again when we next need training.
