Having shopped here for many years I was appalled at managements’ attitude last week when I returned a pair of shoes that were worn through after only 3 months. Both the manager Danielle & assistant Russell were extremely unhelpful. I was made to feel like I was lying & being unreasonable. The manager lied &said we were advised not to buy the shoes in the first place & this is totally untrue as I was originally planning on ordering them online but she asked me to order through the store so that she could have the business. Management suggested that I was being unreasonable expecting shoes to last more than 3 months. They told me to contact customer care but then refused to give me the telephone number. Customer care were excellent and very apologetic - both of the quality of the shoes & the attitude of the staff in store. I was asked to send photographs which I did & they refunded me in full the next day which says it all really.
