The guy made out he was exhausted from mixing the paint. Really? from putting paint into a machine that mixes it for him? Then said it wasn't that close of a colourmatch, and when I questioned this, he said it was either that (Johnstone's) or pay for a more expensive brand. Rude, unhelpful, miserable old bloke. And no, it wasn't a good colourmatch. (Thankfully found a better shop since then).
