Absolute joke of a store, put order in for oak flooring worth over £1000 still 5 weeks later no flooring!! Excuse after excuse as to why it’s not in ,made numerous phone calls spoke to numerous members of staff at the store promise after promise was made that delivery would be next Friday. Friday never came, Staff couldn’t give a money s🤬🤬 now cannot get a refund because Stockton store now closed down!!! Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
