Zero customer service skills and very rude! Called the company for a quote on a large corporate booking and was greeted by a chap saying 'Hello, what do you want?' I asked if I was through to Bainbridge valeting and the chap said kind of, I asked him to confirm if I was through to Bainbridge or not and then he put the phone down!
