When we moved into our home they were already installed. They charged us for monitoring and maintenance but didn't actually provide either service. When I asked for a refund they were rude and unhelpful. Avoid this company

We took our car to have air conditioning fixed, 2 visits and over five hundred pounds later it still doesn't work and when I contacted them they were not helpful at all and didn't try to help offering a miserable refund of around £100
