On receiving my MOT. The 3rd one at the same outlet; reported logo light defective, okay for the last 5 years. Oil leak, none on my driveway. Had this checked elsewhere, sure enough no oil leak. Personally I will not use this outlet again. Not to be trusted. Be warned.

My three Cockapoos have been taken care of by vet Julian and his fantastic team! Nothing is too much trouble; especially with the on-going Covid 19 issue. The vets come outside and escort your pet to the surgery. People arriving for pre-ordered prescriptions, the medicine is placed outside for them after identification. Everyone at the surgery have things well in hand. I would recommend Natterjacks veterinary surgery 100%.

I read a lot of negative reviews especially about Michelle. Michelle is larger than life character; in your face sometimes, but by an large a lot is just banter. Having used this post office for years now, especially posting recorded mail for my wife, I usually get it wrong; where Michelle will correct, or one of her efficient staff will, no problem. Jokingly I get a "naughty Boy" telling off for getting it wrong, yet again! But, all in good fun and a laugh. Keep up the good work Michelle! Votes for women!

Having used various letting agents; some good, some not so good. With living in Dorset with property in Plymouth and surrounding areas; if problems arose, equipment breakdowns etc. this was extremely expensive having to call on contractors to sometimes deal with simple problems.

In the six months or so with this company, I can honestly say that Novahomes have solved more niggling problems; which of course puts my mind at ease.
The tenants that Novahomes have vetted for my properties have been first class; which has to be a reflection on Novahomes.
As I mentioned earlier with living in Dorset and not at call for any problems, Novahomes have a spreadsheet of usual problems that can occur in properties chart with potential causes for that particular issue. This is a fantastic tool for both tenant and landlord.
