I am a 70 year old techno dinosaur. the gentlemen who work in this shop are the most helpful, knowledgeable young men I have come across. My wife and I have been to this shop several times and have found that nothing is too much trouble for them, they can repair computers within a few days rather than the bigger companies who require 2 weeks. I rang to ask whether they knew anything about mobile phones, explained the problem and Charlie suggested what to do - it worked saving me a 25 mile round trip.
