Left me so that I could consider estimate. After having considered I called back to accept the estimate and book the work. I was given timescales for the job and timescales for when the job would start. Work started at the agreed time and I was kept informed of all stages and was shown the work at each stage. A truly excellent and informative gentleman overseeing the quality of the work as it progressed. I am extremely satisfied with the result. Would certainly use him again for further projects. Very considerate and always concerned to do a perfect job for his customer.
