Done and Dusted (Emma) has been cleaning for me for approximately one year now; in all that time I have found the service excellent, efficient and, tailored to meet my specific needs. Before starting the service Emma visited my house to assess for herself the property, the cleaning requirements and any specific issues I would want including in the service; in other words, with Emma and Done and Dusted, I feel I now have a bespoke cleaning service.
In addition to the excellent cleaning service, Emma's excellent communication skills means I know exactly when she will arrive and finish; the day before my fortnightly clean Emma will text to ensure everything is ok for the following day!
Furthermore, Emma is a very friendly person who is respecting and courteous; she is industrious, reliable and committed to her customers; a first-class service provided by a first class person in Emma.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Done and Dusted and Emma to anyone!

When I bought my cottage, I inherited a dilapidated sloping garden, with rotting decking and difficult access; it was a complete mess.
I contacted Joshua Tree and owner Steve, came to assess the challenge.
Within days Steve and his team had totally transformed the garden into a a lovely and tranquil place to sit and relax.

Steve and the team worked extremely hard, in very hot weather and overcame difficult challenges to produce a garden I am proud of. Steve was able to make the essential adjustments to suit the landscape of the garden while staying faithful to my vision.

Joshua Tree are a hardworking team who are very professional in their approach, they are dependable and deliver on time. They are a highly experienced team and the quality and standard of work is of the highest level, furthermore, their rates are highly competitive.
