Missing Special Delivery, Again!

Totally disgusted with the service at this Post Office.
Sent packet on 15th December by Special Delivery by 1 pm.
Still has not arrived.
It was a passport and documentation.
The tracking is still showing as ' not left the post office'
This is a disgrace and the second time a Special Delivery made through this shop has ' gone missing' and of course.. no one knows anything!
DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE TO POST ANYTHING VALUABLE
