Great professional service all the way through. I explained to Richard that I had 2 hair transplants done previously and was still unhappy with the density side of things. He explained what results I could achieve and even advising how to have my hair cut and what length to make the SMP treatment look even better. I have only had 3 sessions so far, and can honestly say I can see a difference already and very happy so far!! Can't wait to finish and have even better results.
