I've been taking my Westie, Oscar to Melissa for 4 years following a recommendation from a friend. I can honestly say he is always well groomed and tidy and it's a bonus knowing I can rely on Melissa to look after him so i can pick him up approx 40 mins later. She always delivers a great service that's affordable and convenient though most importantly, Oscar feels comfortable with her too!
