Had a visit for quotation booked for saturday morning. Was ready on time and waiting. Nobody arrived, nobody contacted us :(. Is that called a profesionalizm and respect for customers ??? Disappointment.

Hi, I'm sorry that you feel let down by the service. As stated at the time, we book appointments in slots, with arrival time any time within the stated slot. On this occasion, a previous job overran which meant I arrived 10 minutes outside of the agreed slot, having tried unsuccessfully to reach you to explain this.
