Having read numerous reviews of various companies I came across Certified Drain Services and their outstanding reviews. Decided to make the call and it was the only one I needed to make. Billy managed to squeeze me in at short noticed and arrived in a couple of hours. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and above all honest! His advice was critical for us and has potentially saved me a lot of money. He also advised me in what to say to Thames Water. Following his advise Thames Water arrived later the same day.
