Ordered some flowers for my wife from m here for our anniversary, they arrived a day late and in a shockingly poor state, I was told by customer services they would upgrade my order as a goodwill gesture, if what arrived was an upgrade I would hate to think what they would’ve provided me with originally!!
Would have got better quality flowers from my local garage! And paid a hell of a lot less, fuming is an understatement.
