CLOSED UPON ARRIVAL. Booked a stay via Hotels.com. All confirmed. Emails received. Paid for booking. Arrived. All closed up. Had to book emergency accommodation elsewhere. This was on 10th July. It is now 26th July. After many phone calls trying to sort the matter and get a refund, still nothing received. I have never had so much messing about regards a simple hotel stay. Hotels.com do not care about refund even though place is closed. They say to contact the owners. I have done many times. Nothing. My patience is now gone. I want my money back.
