My wife and I got in touch with Janice after struggling to cope with our 2 year old Labradoodle's behaviour. We have had him since a puppy and he has always be one to take things and become very possessive over them, however it became much harder to deal with following the birth of our first born. We had tried books, videos and even other 1to1 trainers however nothing seemed to be working. I spoke with Janice and she quickly established the cause of the problem and gave me a list of things to work on for the next week, saying that the problem would be solved within 2 weeks. After just a few days there was a big improvement in his behaviour and we are happy to say he is now as good as gold! Despite never having met Janice face to face due to lockdown and this all being done over the phone, you can tell how kind and caring she is. Even saying we can call her anytime day or night! Would highly recommend Janice to anyone having difficulties with their dog, her help was a real life saver.
